We cater to skaters of all levels worldwide – from beginners building their first complete to pros looking for specific components. Our product range covers everything from decks, trucks, and bearings to apparel and accessories. Based in Seattle’s skate heartland, we combine authentic skate culture with global shipping.
What’s your shop style?
Straight-up skate shop vibes – no corporate nonsense. Our warehouse crew are all skaters who pack your gear with the same care they’d give their own setup. We keep it real with honest product advice and fast, no-hassle service.

What kind of products do you carry?
We’ve got everything you need to ride:

Do you test your products?
Hell yes! Every product we sell gets tested by our crew at our Ryder Avenue location. We only stock gear we’d ride ourselves.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment clears. Then:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate worldwide)
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, email us before ordering.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Some countries may charge import duties – we recommend checking your local regulations if you’re unsure. Unfortunately, we can’t control or predict these fees.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Changed your mind about that deck width? Got the wrong size shoes? No worries – you’ve got 15 days after delivery to initiate returns for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send you instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Account & Orders
How do I check my order status?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can monitor your package’s journey from our skatepark-tested warehouse to your doorstep.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders fast to get you skating ASAP! If you need to make changes, email us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll try to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is processing.
Do I need an account to order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes future orders faster and lets you track your order history.
