Hey shredders! At Skateboard World Shop, we want you to be stoked about your gear. If something’s not right, we’ve got your back with this no-bullshit return policy.
The Basics
You’ve got 15 days from when your package arrives to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Bearings & Bushings (once installed)
- Boxers (for obvious reasons)
- Custom completes (built-to-order setups)
How to Return Your Gear
Step 1: Hit Us Up
Email our crew at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- What you’re returning and why
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Pack It Up
Once we approve your request:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or packing slip
- Don’t write on or tape directly to product boxes
Step 3: Ship It Back
Send your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are on you unless the item was defective or we messed up.
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping: Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return (standard shipping applies).
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your gear arrives messed up or incorrect, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and get you sorted ASAP.
International Returns
For skaters outside the US:
- Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
- We can’t refund any original customs/duties you paid
- Return shipping costs may be higher – check with your carrier
